Job Description
Field Recovery Agent / Collection Executive – Delhi NCR mein field visits ke through loan aur credit card recovery/collection ka role. Minimum 6 months field collection experience, bike aur valid driving licence mandatory. Salary up to ₹16,000/month + up to ₹3,000 petrol allowance, performance-based incentives aur growth opportunities available.
- Assigned customers se field visits ke through loan recovery/collection karna.
- Customers ko payment ke regarding follow-up aur resolution provide karna.
- Assigned cases par regular field visits aur collection updates maintain karna.
- Daily collection/reporting ko supervisor ke saath coordinate karna.
- Company aur client ki recovery policies aur professional conduct guidelines follow karna.
